777rd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 777rd platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below.
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 777rd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all use of the 777rd website at 777rd.bio, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, account management functions and any other services made available through the platform. By accessing the platform in any capacity, you accept these T&C in full.
777rd reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the T&C periodically. The date on which these T&C were last updated is noted at the bottom of this page.

Player Eligibility Requirements
The 777rd platform is intended for use by adults who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 777rd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in the closure of your account and the forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 777rd enforces strict age verification via the KYC process and will not permit real-money play by any person who cannot confirm they meet this requirement.
- You must be a human individual registering on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of a third party, by automated software, or by any non-human means are prohibited.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 777rd or any affiliate platform. If you have previously self-excluded and believe that exclusion to have expired, you must contact the support team before attempting to re-register.
- You must register and maintain only one account per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. 777rd uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts, and will close duplicates without notice.
- You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account Registration and Security
Your 777rd account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. 777rd strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password and that you do not share your login details with any other person.
- You must notify 777rd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. You can reach the support team at the email address shown in the footer of this page. 777rd will investigate all such reports and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account pending investigation.
- 777rd will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication that requests your password in full should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.
- Account balances are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless a specific crypto balance is held separately. Balances are non-transferable between accounts and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred to another person.
- 777rd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where fraudulent activity is suspected, where the account has been inactive for an extended period, or where the account holder is found to be ineligible under these T&C. Where an account is closed, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their original deposit method where technically feasible.
- Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. 777rd will notify the registered contact details prior to applying any inactivity fee.
Upon account closure by the player, 777rd will process any verified outstanding real-money balance within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and provided that no outstanding bonus wagering requirement remains on the account. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 777rd platform are subject to the following terms. 777rd processes deposits and withdrawals in good faith and applies security checks proportionate to the transaction value and the account's risk profile. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name.
- The minimum deposit at 777rd is ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 777rd, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Crypto deposits are accepted via USDT (TRC20, ERC20), BTC and ETH, with a minimum deposit equivalent in value to ৳200 at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit.
- All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Deposits from third-party payment methods, anonymous prepaid cards, or any method that 777rd cannot verify as belonging to the account holder are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours for standard bKash, Nagad and Rocket withdrawals, subject to identity verification requirements. Crypto withdrawals are processed on-chain and settlement time depends on network conditions. 777rd does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times for crypto.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for local payment methods. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit imposed by 777rd; however, 777rd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above ৳50,000 or their crypto equivalent.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit to the account, subject to the availability of the reverse payment method. Where a reverse payment is not possible, 777rd will offer an alternative withdrawal method and may request additional verification before processing.
- Any bonus balance remaining on an account at the time a withdrawal is requested will be subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard identity verification.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 777rd are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual offer, the specific terms of that offer will prevail.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be stated clearly in the offer's specific terms at the time the offer is presented. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default rollover of 20x the bonus amount applies.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Once the wagering requirement is met, the resulting real-money winnings will be transferred to the main account balance and will be available for withdrawal in the normal way.
- 777rd reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonus funds already credited to player accounts and for which the relevant wagering requirement is currently in progress.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player. Promotional offers are personal to the account holder and may not be shared, transferred or claimed by proxy. 777rd reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the offer was claimed in bad faith or in breach of these terms.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion have a fixed value per spin as specified in the relevant offer terms. Any winnings generated from free spins are treated as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
777rd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, and players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Nothing in these T&C limits your ability to access the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.
- Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account via the account settings panel. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase will take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Time-out: players may request a temporary time-out from the platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks via the account settings panel. During a time-out, the account is suspended and no deposits, bets or bonus claims may be made. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
- Self-exclusion: players who feel that gaming is no longer a form of entertainment may request permanent self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by contacting the support team. A self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed. 777rd will take reasonable steps to identify and close any duplicate accounts held by a self-excluded player.
- Reality checks: players may configure session time reminders in their account settings. These reminders alert the player to how long their current gaming session has been running and invite the player to review their activity. 777rd encourages all players to make use of this feature as a matter of routine.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777rd platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balance forfeited without further notice. 777rd reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.
- Registering more than one account, including via the use of different names, addresses, email addresses, payment methods or devices, for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or for any other reason.
- Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, algorithm or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or gain any advantage not available to standard players.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source. 777rd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected financial crime without notice to the player.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or in any game to obtain funds or game credits that would not otherwise be legitimately payable. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
- Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any poker, tournament, or skill-based game format offered on the platform.
- Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process, or impersonating another person for the purpose of passing identity checks.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 777rd platform — including but not limited to the 777rd brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials and software — is the exclusive property of 777rd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the 777rd platform without prior written permission from 777rd. Unauthorised use of 777rd intellectual property is a breach of these T&C and may also constitute a civil or criminal offence under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777rd's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these T&C or the use of the platform shall be limited to the net real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 777rd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any interruption, suspension or withdrawal of the platform or any part of it.
- Any loss caused by events outside 777rd's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, civil unrest, acts of government, or any other force majeure event.
- Any loss arising from reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the platform due to a technical error, provided that 777rd acts promptly to correct the error upon becoming aware of it and communicates the correction to affected players.
- Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any nature, even where 777rd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this clause limits 777rd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 777rd's negligence.
Amendments and Governing Law
These T&C and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and such local legal requirements as apply to the operation of online gaming platforms serving players in Bangladesh. 777rd will comply with any legally binding order issued by a competent authority in relation to the platform or its players.
Any dispute between a player and 777rd that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team should be submitted in writing to the support email address shown in the footer of this page. 777rd commits to acknowledging all written complaints within 2 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction within 30 days, the player may seek recourse through any dispute resolution mechanism available to them under applicable law.
